Carleen A. Leffler, Esq., M.B.A.
After almost 15 years in practice, attorney Carleen A. Leffler founded Leffler Law, P.A. to help individuals, families, and businesses navigate important legal decisions and protect their legacies.
A fifth generation native Floridian, Carleen graduated from Spruce Creek High School’s International Baccalaureate program before attending Webber International University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and played collegiate volleyball. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and her Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University, completing both graduate degrees in December, 2011. She has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2012.
Throughout her career, Carleen has practiced in a variety of settings, including private law firms, in-house counsel, and her own practice. That breadth of experience has given her a practical understanding of the legal issues facing individuals, families, business owners, and professionals. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and business law.
Carleen believes clients deserve more than legal documents and technical answers. They deserve an attorney who takes the time to understand what matters to them, explains their options in plain language, and provides thoughtful guidance tailored to their circumstances. She founded Leffler Law, P.A. to offer that kind of personal, relationship-focused representation.
Outside of her legal practice, Carleen has a longstanding commitment to professional and community service. She served as President of the Volusia County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division, President of the Volusia-Flagler Association for Women Lawyers, and President of the Rotary Club of Downtown Ormond Beach. She previously represented the Seventh Judicial Circuit as a Governor on The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Board of Governors. Carleen is also a longtime animal advocate and proud human to three spunky dogs: Rixy, Whiskey, and Lily.
